Q: How long does formal hair and makeup take?

A: I allocate approximately 1 hour for makeup and 1 hour for hair to ensure every detail is absolutely perfect and you never feel rushed.

Q: Can I bring a reference photo?

A: Absolutely! I love seeing your inspiration photos, whether they are from Pinterest, TikTok, or Instagram, so we can customize the look to suit your face shape and style.

Q: Do you offer mobile services for formals?

A: Studio appointments are held at my boutique studio in Canterbury, Sydney. Mobile services across the Sydney area are available.

Q: Do you travel outside of Sydney?

A: I offer both in-studio and mobile services! You can book your appointment at my studio in Canterbury, or I can travel directly to you. To ensure the highest level of service, my mobile travel radius covers up to 27km from Canterbury—including the Sydney CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and surrounding areas.

Note: If your event falls outside of this 27km radius, please reach out via my contact form to discuss availability and travel fees.

Q: What areas of Sydney do you service?

A: Being based in Canterbury (2193) in the Inner West, my 27km travel radius allows me to seamlessly cover the Sydney Metro area.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: Because bridal and event bookings peak heavily during spring and autumn in Sydney, dates fill up incredibly fast. I highly recommend securing your date 6 to 12 months in advance to avoid disappointment.

 

Q: What brands do you carry in your professional kit?

A: Your skin deserves the absolute best. My professional kit features only premium, long-wearing luxury and pro-performance brands—including Dior, Chanel, Tom Ford, and Charlotte Tilbury—to ensure a flawless, camera-ready finish that lasts all day and night.

 

Q: Do you offer bridal makeup and hair trials?

A: Absolutely! Trials are highly recommended so we can collaborate on your vision. They are typically booked 2 to 4 months before your wedding day to perfectly design and lock in your dream bridal look.

 

Q: How do I secure my wedding or event date?

A: To officially secure your date on my calendar, a non-refundable retainer fee and a signed service agreement are required. Due to high demand, dates are strictly allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without a deposit.
